Refund and Returns Policy

At Hirani Baby Gift Collection, we strive to deliver quality products and a smooth shopping experience. However, in rare cases where you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we offer support as per the policy mentioned below.


1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

Refunds and replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product received is defective
  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

To raise a request, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any damaged, defective, or incorrect product request, a clear unboxing/opening video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  1. The sealed package before opening
  2. The product being removed from the box
  3. Any visible damage, defect, or incorrect item

Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


3. Resolution Options

After verification, we will provide one of the following resolutions based on the case and product availability:

  • Replacement of the product, or
  • Full refund to the original payment method

In case of replacement, reverse pickup will be arranged by us at no additional cost.

All resolutions are processed as per our internal verification standards.


4. Orders Returned Due to Customer Unavailability

If an order is returned to us after multiple delivery attempts (typically 3–4 attempts) due to:

  • Customer unavailability
  • Unanswered calls
  • Refusal to accept delivery

A processing and handling fee of ₹120 will be deducted from the refundable amount.

The remaining amount will be refunded to the original payment method.


5. Returns Policy (Change of Mind Not Allowed)

We do not accept returns for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Discounted or promotional purchases

Returns are only applicable in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, subject to successful verification and submission of a valid unboxing video.


6. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds are processed only to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are typically initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The time for credit to reflect may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations are not supported at this time.
